Looking for something to do? We will be teaching a variety of classes and camps throughout Michigan and the surrounding area this year.
Don’t miss the 7th Annual Great Lakes Foragers Gathering, June 11-14, Brooklyn, MI.
Our camps are small group intensives. These camps are limited to 12 students to allow for a lot of instructor-student interaction. Because space is limited, camps tend to fill quickly.
Mushroom Camp, May 15-17, in Michigan’s southern peninsula (exact location TBD based on morel conditions)
Microbe Camp!! Wildcrafting Cheese, Bread, Wine, and Kimchi, July 10-12, Chelsea, MI
Bushcraft Camp, July 17-19, Kalkaska, MI
