March 26: Daylily, wild carrot, and garlic mustard

Daylily: bulbs and shoots are in season.

Wild carrot-roots from the 2nd year plants...and also Easter eggs.

Garlic mustard: dry leaves for cooking, fresh leaves for pesto, and roots make a great 'horseradish' type condiment.
